Walking into a New Year :)

I've been having a really hard time accepting the fact that 2009 would be over soon. This is my first time having this feeling and I HATE IT ! I should be glad that i'm moving forward into a new year. So i picked myself up and shook that feeling off.

I AM GOING TO WALK INTO 2010 ASSURING MYSELF THAT ITS GOING TO BE A GREAT AND AWESOME YEAR !

I mean come on .. how could it not be a great year, its 2010 yo ! I especially love how it sounds. TWENTY-TEN. Sounds amazing !!!!! so yes ! It is gonna be a superb year :) I've even made myself a couple of resolutions. hehe. i know right ..

1. I wanna go on a healthy diet.

*this is more like for my dad.

he has always wanted me to be a vegetarian :) *

2. I wanna spend at least one day of every week studying for SPM. :)
*this would make my mom so happy ! *

3. I wanna be a better person.

*this is for louise and jason.

they think i'm too mean ! :P *

4. I wanna smile everyday !
no matter how crappy that day turns out. :D

Home Alone

Plan of the day : Meet Tina and friends up at McD in the early evening.

That plan is canceled.

1. My mom has to go to Kepong at 2 to meet my uncle.
They wanted to discuss some important business.
I can't follow because i don't wanna die out of boredom.

2. Louise on the other hand has to go to WeiKit's house for dinner.
She decided to go earlier and have lunch with WeiKit's grandma.

Second plan of the day : Be a couch potato and watch 500 days of summer and enjoy
some Thailand food Granny bought for us :)

That plan is canceled.

1. Louise wants us to watch together because
i can never keep my mouth shut when i watch the second time.

2. I wanna watch with her too :)

First Video Call with Daddy

My dad bought a laptop ! Woot woot ~~ I videocalled him all the way from Missouri and he didn't how to pick up. So i had to teach him when he called. I went all Yeah daddy press that button. Just press it ! haha. It was so funny. When he finally picked up, all i saw was his notrils. I was like, daddy, i can't see your face, clip your webcam on top of your webcam. This is my first time seeing him in 3 years. Its amazing how i was able to hold my tears back from flooding this entire neighbourhood. :) It was so much fun and i can't wait for the next time to video call with him again.

Louise went to Malacca with KY and Amanda.
She bought kaya, two pairs of flip flops ( one of them was for me :D ) and a Tee. XD

Sweet 16 !

okay last sunday, 29 NOV, was the day i turned sixteen. i know, its been a while but i haven't really got the mood to blog about it. haha. it was pretty awesome. well, better than last year at least. ( i had to attend someone else's party and it wasn't even his birthday :S ) so i woke up in the morning, replied everyone's birthday wishes on facebook and headed out with my family to 1Utama. My mom bought me two pairs of shoes from vincci, a pair of wedges and a pair of grey flats. *wee!* I wanted to get the pair of red cloth flats from cotton on but somehow i didn't and how that happened i don't know. haha. then, we went over to chilli's and had dinner. my mom wouldn't stop complaining about the food. she regret ordering fish instead of beek steak. so to people who loves meat, please order steak and to those who has a mother who makes bad decisions and complains about it after that, convince your mother to order steak. :) *sorry ma* after that i got a call from yewjin, god bless his soul, he wants to take me out to piccadilly to celebrate my birthday. he convinced me that the people he asked were my friends. so i asked permission from my lovely mom and she gave me the green light, which really didn't come easy. after saying goodnight to my mom louise and jason with his butterfly kiss, they left. i waited at the front entrance for yewjin to come pick me up while looking around at the exhibition. the 370z was so hot it burned my eyes. :D after waiting for 30 minutes, yewjiin arrived. Arnold and Jeremy, the first new friend, was in the car with us. We went over to SUNWAY PYRAMID and yewjin got down to get my present. Arnold, Jeremy and i waited in the car. Dino won't stop calling us and kept asking us where we were. According to Arnold and Jeremy, he kept yelling and swearing over the phone. Then when Dino called again, i picked up.

Inez : hello ?

Dino : hello ?!

Inez : yes dino ??

Dino : *softly* where're you guys lah ?

Inez : we're on our way.

Dino : but that's what you guys told me few hours ago .....

Inez : we're coming .. we're on our way ...

Dino : aah .. faster la faster la .. i'm in the dark weyh ..

Inez : hahah !!!

Dino : *hangs up*

Inez : dino .. ??

Sorry Dino. didn't mean to leave you in the dark like that. :P

anyways, when we got there, he totally palao-ed me. EMO ....

We got to the table. OH SHIATE. WHO THE HELL IS THAT. Turns out, yewjin lied. I don't know any of those people who were there to celebrate my birthday. :( but its okay. at least im not that anti-social after all ... I have new friends now, David, Zach and Aaron but my favourite new friend has to be Jeremy :)

yewjin got a cake. chocolate indulgence. yummy X) they sang me a birthday song, which really sounded more like a whisper. Like Arnold likes to say, its the thought that counts. haha. i agree. it wasn't really the best sweet sixteen i've imagined but it was pretty awesome. ;)

P.S. DiNo promised to throw me a belated sweet sixteen party :P

Manicure much ?

Its the second week of my holidays and i have nothing to do. LITERALLY. I don't know what to do besides lazing around. I finished reading my novel, Blaze Of Glory. Its a great book. The guy on the cover looks a lot like Chris Evans. HOT ! :) Finally i thought of something to do. I wanna paint my nails ! Haha. The last time i tried painting my nails. Well .. let's just say it wasn't so successful but i thought i could try again. Like Louise and Manda always tell me, you gotta keep trying. I removed louise's paintings and started off with a bright red shade. I know, thats not for beginners but hey, I'm not a beginner. Haha. So i started with my left pinky. It was PRETTY ! Then i moved on to the next finger, it was slightly messy. After that, it sort of got worse.. :S Its amazing to see those girls paint their nails oh so perfectly and i wonder why can't i do it like them. Geez .. I suck so bad that i only succeeded with my left pinky finger. Others are beyond disasterous. Well i guess the manicure services are made for girls like me ;) yeah. thats me trying to comfort myself. haha.

Today is the day where we celebrate our classmateship. Everything went as it was planned, thanks to the cooperation of the deltans. :) Not to forget our great outing planners; Ain Najwa and Wan Liyana Amalina, treasurer; NurFatihaHafiza, Chauffers; WeiKit and Louise. Today has been such a great day for me, especially after all the things that i've been through few days back. The boys behaved awfully friendly towards the girls and the girls were too amazingly nice to the boys. I guess that's a start. :) Well, we started off by having lunch together at Pizza Hut. After that, we shopped a little while some boys went out for a cigarette break. At 2p.m., we went over to the bowling centre to have our inter-class bowling match. It was so much fun. We took so many pictures and we danced around so much that the strangers around our line started staring at us. We acted like total GOOFS ! Well, to be specific, I was more the goof than the others. Oh and guess what .. I WON the game !! *thats what i've been told* X) After the bowling session, Vanesa, Tina, Teha and I left the troop to do a little shopping. We visited Kitschen, tried on some pretty dresses, took pictures, then was "sounded" by the one of the salesgirls and ended up buying nothing from the shop. Haha. EMBARASSING i know but it was so much fun ! Finally, we were so embarassed of the fact that we bought nothing, we tried sneaking out of the shop without anyone noticing but failed. The cashier totally saw us. :S We then went over to F.O.S to get Tina's "wife-beater" and then over to the KFC i've been longing to eat for weeks ! Haha. We took away our KFC and walked to the main entrance as there was where our "chauffers" were waiting for us. We ate our KFC in the car and sang ROOM SERVICE out so loud i think the car next to our car could hear ! I HAD SO MUCH FUN TODAY AND WISHED EVERYDAY COULD BE AS FUN AND HAPPY AS TODAY. :) I wanna thank my classmates who made this day so amazing for me. They are truly the BEST.

P.S. My birthday's coming. I'm turning 16 soon ... ")

This is how i celebrated deepavali

1st day

I had gastric, real bad but my lovely undenialbly loving sister forced me to get into the car and got me all the way to ampang. I was so ill that even when the mix.fm crew came over to susie aka's house. yes, she was the winner of the mix.fm sari drapping contest. Hence, they came over to her house. It was broadcasted over the radio. COOL. I know. I was upstairs listening to it though. Sad, yes but there was nothing else i could've done. Just when i decided that this would be my worse deepavali ...

2nd day

I was up and on the go ! i woke up at 9 sharp and was feeling awfully healthy ! *touchwood* I took my shower right after i ate my breakfast. i dressed and then started to help my grandma out. We cooked chicken curry and thosai. IT WAS MIND BLOWING. The chicken was just so amazingly soft. It was absolute heaven ! At around 2pm, we went over to susie aka's house. Mahendran uncle cooked his all time famous MUTTON. We could even smell it before we stepped into the house. I went in and i saw this girl was smiling at me like she knows me or something and after a few short seconds, she said hye. I thought real fast but wasnt sure of her name. One thing i was sure is that we knew each other, no doubt about that. So i went over and gave her a real big hug, while trying to figure out who she is. After i let go of her and really looked deep at her. I saw her smile. The same smile my Abang used to give me. At that instant, all the memories came flooding back into my mind. She was Abang's little sister. Abang is my childhood bestfriend. He is like a cousin of mine. He sayangs me the best. Man, i miss him. Anyway, i asked about her job and apparently she works at this clubhouse at pandan perdana. My mom was so interested after hearing deena talking about the discount she could give us. So, i guess we're going for tennis sessions soon ! awesome ! After that, i helped my unbelievably stubborn grandma to wash to dishes. She is so stubborn that she won't let me wash the dishes but she gave in when i told her i could see her bending her legs out of tiredness. A few seconds passed and she came into the kitchen with a broom in her hand. When i stared at her with my why-arent-you-sitting-down face, she gave me this full colgate smile + big bunny eyes + lifted eyebrows. Besides my mom and dad, she was one of my favourite person in the whole wide world. No way couldi have fought that face so i said to her that she must rest after she sweep.

Yes, you've guessed it, she didnt do as i say. I couldn't stop her from doing all the chores. NO ONE could've stopped her. Like i said, she's stubborn. Later that evening, we watched vaaranam ayiram. Its a very touching story. My eyes were like leaking pipes. They wou;dn't stop. This movie is about father love. It reminds me of how much i miss my dad. To make things worse, I dreamt of him coming home and promising never to leave me.

Yup, so thats pretty much how i spent my deepavali .. :)
